| Syntax: appraise <object in inventory> Appraise is a valuable skill that allows one to get an idea of what an object he/she may be carrying is worth. Paired with haggle, appraise helps lower the buying cost of items, and helps raise the selling cost of items. *NOTE: Just because an item appraises for a certain amount, doesn't mean it will sell for that.
