Now marked as an untrustworthy outlaw, s/he is forbidden to use ANY shops.
Word spreads fast about outlaws in Aarchon! (It is okay to kill a KILLER or
THIEF though, because they deserve it.)
With Flag: You may attack or be attacked by someone:

KILLER 7 levels above, 5 levels below
THIEF 8 levels above, 5 levels below
both 10 levels above, 5 levels below
Take note: you must watch for people that are more than 5 levels below
you, because if they gain a flag, you could be open to attack.
Killers or thieves wishing to redeem themselves may do so by seeking
out a judge and turning themselves in by using the TURNIN command.
