| A number of tweaks to R9 and some existing races: 2014. Doppelgangers and Rakshasas can morph without physical target, at increased cost (Bobble) 2015. Tweaks to R9 races as well as Phantom and Voadkin. (Bobble) For R9 race I will update helpfiles shortly, most notably wish casting got more flexible, including more spells and allowing wishes onto yourself. Phantoms saw a reduction in basic apparition and phantasmal image skill percentages. Voadkin skill increased, and beast mastery got stronger (higher level, rescue now). |
