Subject immune behead
Not sure if this idea should apply to all mobs immune behead, but it'd be nice to get some benefit out of a failed behead. Against ettins at least you halve their hp so you don't feel completely robbed. Maybe we can be given that, or the classic inconceivable dmg (up to 10k now). Maybe whichever between half current hp and 10k is lower. Maybe the boss gets angrier after losing so much hp. So you still shorten the fight but it gets more intense and dangerous. Quicker ending but no guaranteed win.
